Contributing to the energy and opportunity of a growing small city, One Varsity is a beautiful contemporary high-rise in vibrant downtown Kelowna. Building on an established logo design, we developed a sophisticated brand to showcase the quality architecture and capture the attention of future buyers.
As the marketing direction for this noteworthy new development shifted and evolved over the course of the project, so did the creative output of our talented team of designers, programmers, and 3D artists. A strong collaborative process drove our efforts to success as we created marketing collateral that met the changing needs of our clients.

We created an immersive 3D model and video walkthrough to help our clients visualize the potential of the ONE Varsity sales center space before finalizing designs and beginning production. This 3D representation enables the development, sales, and marketing teams to gain a clear understanding of the space, surpassing the limitations of a basic, two-dimensional blueprint.
The original teaser website design channeled the innovative spirit of the project. As we developed the expanded website, our team pivoted to meet the updated directives of a new marketing vision resulting in a final site that showcased the project in a whole new way.
