The closing piece of the highly successful Latimer Heights community in Langley, The Towers presented a prestigious, residential opportunity that was the first of its kind in the City. The brand had to reflect the previously established Latimer look and feel, yet still uniquely position the towers as the first high-rise buildings built in Langley.

Capitalizing on the Community’s idyllic location, with frontage on busy 200th Street, we created a high-exposure sales center that represented the scale and scope of the development.
